Summer is finally here, and it’s hard to believe how quickly the year is flying by! As we move into this new season, I want to take a moment to thank everyone who joined us for our April Conference. Your energy, engagement, and enthusiasm made it one of our best events yet, and it reminded us why our local HR community is so special.

If you haven’t joined us for a while, now’s the perfect time to reconnect. We’re excited to invite you to our upcoming Membership Event July 23rd—a fun, relaxed opportunity to network, learn, and celebrate the value of being part of our SHRM chapter. Keep an eye out for details—whether you're a longtime member or thinking about joining, we'd love to see you there.

In the meantime, don’t forget about our new monthly virtual webinars, offered through a partnership with George Rogers, our Conference Keynote. These sessions are completely free for members and include recertification credits, making it easier than ever to stay current in your profession from wherever you are.

We’ll also have a few volunteer committee openings coming up soon. If you’re interested in making connections and shaping the future of our chapter, this is a great way to get involved.

Lastly, we’re continuing to seek sponsors to help support our programming. If you know of an organization that would benefit from connecting with our HR network, we’d love your help making that connection.
