Hello SCIHRA members and friends,
We’ve had an awesome start to 2023 and plans for many more events this year to come. Your Board works hard to ensure our programs and events meet your needs and provide certification credits as well as networking opportunities. We are always interested in your thoughts, suggestions and input so reach out any time. Several members of the Board were able to attend our Indiana State SHRM Volunteer Leader Summit last month in Indianapolis. It was a great day of learning and engaging with other chapter volunteers around the state. Speaking of HR Indiana SHRM, have you signed up for state conference yet? HR Indiana Conference – HR Indiana SHRM I always say it’s the best three days of the year for HR professionals in Indiana!
I hope you are registered to attend our spring conference on April 12th with Everything Legal! We have two expert attorneys who will share hot topics with us. Come for a full morning of learning and networking. I’ll see you there,

Hello Members,
As we have entered into 2023, it has been great networking in person at the luncheons. As HR professionals, we have all grown and changed in different ways the past two years. One thing we all have learned is to lean on each other for advice, crying sessions and support each other during some of the most difficult years in HR. SCIHRA is a great group of HR professionals who continue to support, grow and encourage each other. I am excited to see how we all grow and change together through this year.
